Retail Nursery Course
The Texas Nursery and Landscape Association is committed to enhancing business success through online educational offerings. These trainings are designed to educate professionals in the nursery and landscape industry by providing them with the knowledge and skills sets needed to successfully do their job, as well as preparing them to achieve TNLA certifications. Current Course Offering: Retail Nursery Business and Basic Botany.
Landscape Pro Training
This course provides basic landscape instruction, including: safety and first aid, landscape design and plan reading, landscape installation and maintenance, landscape maintenance equipment and landscape pruning. It also aides in the preparation for the TCLP exam.
TMCNP Training
The Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional (TMCNP) course is designed for nursery professionals that have already achieved TCNP status. It enhances the intensive summary of skills and knowledge that you have already achieved as a TCNP and updates that knowledge with the latest information, research, and technology. The course consists of a series of online modules presented by recognized authorities in their respected fields and helps nursery professionals prepare for the TMCNP certification.

Risk Management
Working with the USDA's Risk Management Agency, Texas Nursery & Landscape Association has created an easily accessible, online resource center for Green Industry employees and employers. Lessons include risk management information for employers and employees, as well as helpful links to risk related websites and supporting information.

TNLA Management Workshop
Held in conjunction with the Association’s annual meeting each January, the Management Workshop is ideal for the upper level manager or owner.
