Program Overview
The TNLA Leadership Bootcamp, created by the TNLA Foundation, is a training program aimed at developing leaders in the Texas Green Industry. Twenty participants will attend four sessions focused on building professional leadership skills and applying them in everyday work.

​The program combines knowledge-based topics with interactive formats such as roundtable discussions, panels, Q&A sessions, group activities, and assignments between sessions to encourage problem-solving and​ and solution-based management. The Bootcamp is open to Green Industry professionals.
