Program Overview
The TNLA Leadership Bootcamp, created by the TNLA Foundation, is a training program aimed at developing leaders in the Texas Green Industry. Twenty participants attend four sessions focused on building professional leadership skills and applying them in everyday work.
The program combines knowledge-based topics with interactive formats such as roundtable discussions, panels, Q&A sessions, group activities, and assignments between sessions to encourage problem-solving and solution-based management. The Bootcamp is open to Green Industry professionals.
Limited spots available. If you are not accepted into the program, you will receive a full refund of your application fee.
Note: Participation in the TNLA Leadership Bootcamp is tied to the applicant’s current employment with the sponsoring company. If the participant leaves their employer—voluntarily or involuntarily—before completing the program, only a partial refund will be issued to the sponsoring company in accordance with TNLA’s refund policies. Participants are responsible for notifying TNLA immediately of any change in employment status.
