Embrace the Unknown!
We kicked off 2026 with the TNLA community in Grapevine on January 5–7.

Here’s what attendees enjoyed:
🌱 Practical education on leadership, business, HR, and industry trends
🌱 Immersive tours with successful business owners
🌱 Time to connect with peers — new and familiar
🌱 Celebrate at the Awards Festival

It was a slower-paced, more personal event than EXPO — designed to help attendees step away from their day-to-day responsibilities, share ideas, and leave with tools to grow their businesses.
