Renewing is Easy!

Follow these simple steps if you are a Business Member:  
  1. Determine your renewal date. 
    1. If you joined before December 2023 then your renewal deadline is July 1st 
    2. If you joined after December 2023 or paid your renewal dues after July 1st then you will have an anniversary renewal date. 
    3. For example) if you joined on January 12, 2024, then your renewal deadline is January 2025. If you renewed January 12, 2024 despite the deadline being July 1, 2023, then your renewal deadline is now January 2025. 
  2. Log into your Business online account. Click HERE to access now

  3. Verify and update your company directory, employees associated with company, branch information & your product listings.  
  4. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN IT COMES TO ENSURING WE HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON FILE AND PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO REACH OUT TO YOUR BUSINESS IF THEY FIND YOU ON OUR ONLINE DIRECTORY.  
  5. Have you acquired a new business and/or have opened up a new location?​
    1. Please contact us for assistance at, [email protected] or call us at 512-579-3873 so we can merge and add that new location to your account. For every new location that doesn’t fall under the paying company region, there will be an additional $100 fee. 
    2. If you have two locations in the same region as the paying company, then you will need to specify which one you would like to appoint as power to vote during region elections. 
  6. Do you have branches currently but didn’t add any new locations? 
    1. Please make sure to provide a main point of contact name, phone number, & email for each business location to ensure representation come election time. Please also review current employees listed under branches and update your information to reflect current employees. 
  7. Pay your invoice before deadline via check, ACH, your online account or over the phone.

    3. For example) if you joined on January 12, 2024, then your renewal deadline is January 2025. If you renewed January 12, 2024 despite the deadline being July 1, 2024, then your renewal deadline is now January 2025

  3. Students! Don’t forget to send proof of enrollment by clicking the Manage files on the homepage of your portal 
    1. Are you graduating and no longer eligible for a student membership? Please reach out to [email protected] or call us at 512-579-3873 to discuss other membership types available to you. You can also view them on the Member Rates and Types page under the Membership Tab 
  4. Are you a Certified Professional? 
    1. You will need to ensure you renew your Certified Professional Membership with our Certification Department. Being certified and being a TNLA Member are two different things, please contact Tricia Hartman at [email protected] to verify next steps 
  5. Are you now retired? 
    1. If you have recently been an active member of TNLA and have now retired but would like to continue being involved, you are eligible for the Lone Star Legacy Membership type
