We are in touch with Tarrant County staff and they gave the following clarification.
Retail Garden Centers - They have issued NO guidance for retail garden centers. However, the recommendation is that all outside activity is still fine. Shutting down inside facilities and only accommodating customers outside is strongly encouraged. He encouraged customer drive-throughs, phone and email orders that can be picked up or delivered. The expectation is that all employees practice the safety standards recommended by the CDC.
Wholesale Growing Operations - The same goes for you as stated above.
Landscaping - They have issued NO guidance for landscaping That means business as usual. In all cases, you should practice social distancing and sanitation practices. Interaction with customers should be kept to a minimum.
