BECOME A TNLA CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL
By becoming a Certified Professional you join more than 800 professionals who pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards in the Green Industry. You will be recognized by your peers as a knowledgeable, dedicated professional with a long-term commitment to raising the bar.
Certifications are valid for two years and must be maintained by earning continuing education units (CEU). Each Certification has unique requirements that must be achieved to earn, maintain and renew the Certification.
Gain a professional edge with a TNLA Certification behind your name:
Texas Certified Landscape Associate (TCLA) - For professionals who install or maintain landscape projects and have high caliber skills and knowledge. Requires 8 hours of CEU credits every two years completed before the Certification renewal date to maintain.
Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional (TMCNP) - This Certification is designed for nursery professionals who have already earned their TCNP credentials. It shows a true passion and dedication to maintaining the highest level of professional knowledge. Requires 16 hours of CEU credits every two years completed before the Certification renewal date to maintain.
• Nursery/Landscape EXPO (2 CEUs)
• Education sessions at EXPO (1 CEU per hour of instruction)
• Attending TNLA Region meetings (1 CEU)
• Participating in TNLA Academics webinars (1 CEU)
• CEU Quizzes in GREEN Magazine (1 CEU)

Planning an educational event?
Many educational events can qualify for TNLA CEU points. TNLA awards CEUs to Certified Professionals that attend your educational event.
