Texas Nursery & Landscape Association

As a member of the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association, I agree to observe the following practices:
  • Encourage the development of the industry and the Association;
  • Respect colleagues and the endeavors of colleagues;
  • Adhere to the bylaws of the Association;
  • Adhere to contractual obligations in essence and in spirit;
  • Comply with licensing and regulatory requirements for my business category;
  • Deal fairly with clients, employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers;
  • Respect the importance of horticultural nomenclature and varietal accuracy in labeling, selling, and buying stock;
  • Encourage equal opportunities for all people in education and employment without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin;
  • Offer employees a fair working environment, educational and career opportunities;
  • Respect the confidence of clients, employees, and employers;
  • Practice honesty in all forms of communication including advertising, proposals, and representations of capabilities;
