How To Become a Certified Professional
  • What you need: The manual for your requested certification and the Best of Texas Landscape guide. The manuals can be found in the TNLA online store bundled with the Best of Texas Landscape guide. TNLA Members receive a 50% discount on study materials by logging into their Member portal before making the purchase. To receive the discounted rates and you are a TNLA member, you will need to log into the TNLA member's portal. If you need assistance accessing your Member portal please  call (512)579-3853.
  • Now that you are ready, visit the Certification Exam page to purchase your exam. TNLA Members receive a 50% discount on all Certification exams. Please email certification@tnlaonline.org to order your exam a discounted price.
  • Taking the exam: Each exam contains multiple timed sections. Each section is timed so you are required to complete each section in one sitting. You will have 90 days to complete all sections of the exam with a passing score. ​ If you require a retest, a charge will incur, email certification@tnlaonline.org to request a retest. TNLA members will receive a 50% off discount on these prices.
